  4. that is the most foolish thing i’ve heard. you do realize how traumatic and event like this could be for either side? you’re more likely to remember details like that given the gravity of the situation. furthermore, if you know any federal or state police, you’d know they trained on their memory and recollection of events as half of their job isn’t footwork, but rather writing reports ranging from shooting/robberies all the way down to minor drug possession/serious traffic violations. your skepticism only derives from the fact that you’d wish this didn’t happen and because it hurts your narrative. pathetic excuse that you don’t want to face reality.
