  1. not double jeopardy. stop being a fanboy passionately arguing illogical claims of the law. they sued him in 2018, nothing was made of the decision because he was found to be in contempt of court and paid FINES of 126,000 (not damages). the past couple weeks have been the continuation of one of three jury trials on COMPENSATORY damages which is what was announced today; PUNITIVE damages are yet to be determined, if any.. so don’t be surprised if he has to pay more
