much like harper selling of multiple mineral enrichment mines during his tenure to China? huh. that’s funny…
1
@TentaclePentacle actually the three that were sold were federally owned. so yes buddy, nice try. first you evade the other conversation, then you pretend you know what you’re talking about in this one 😂 geez must be embarrassing
1
@TentaclePentacle again, evade evade evade
1
@TentaclePentacle how about Nexen (worth around 12.3 billion a few years prior) to China, December 2012? How about FIPA signed in 2014 which put China on a level playing field in the mining sector (including importantly uranium) with canadian owned private companies as well? and the fact that ownership of these mines allows china full reimbursement if any government for that matter tries to intercede within the first 31 years of the agreement? does that not sound like “selling out” to china when they are in control over our natural resources for which canada gains a majority of its wealth from?
1
@TentaclePentacle evading the other conversation fool.
1
@TentaclePentacle Yes but who approves the takeover of such companies??? That’s right, the federal government; why else do you think there was such backlash at the time? Were people just picking straws then? As for FIPA, no not actually “everyone”. In fact countries like Australia who had arguably been entering China’s orbit at the time was pushing Canada no to sign their FIPA with China, and could’ve been a hefty alternative themselves.
1
@TentaclePentacle Indicative of corruption, interesting; what proof is there of Trudeau being directly paid by China? Because it appears that both have equal “evidence” of committing terrible trade deals (although more so limited to T’s first term) that could have personally benefitted them.
1
@TentaclePentacle Oh btw, there’s still another conversation you’re evading.
1
@TentaclePentacle Did you not read what i just said? The government has the capabilities to block a sale to any foreign entity of a company that involves resource extraction if it deems dangerous for national security/economic reasons. so, yes it does. furthermore, im well aware of what has been happening to australia, do you not realize their attempts to step back from chinese encroachment in the last few years?
1
@TentaclePentacle also one quick thing, you don’t have to see something as a ‘threat’ to become a sell out to another nation. according to your logic, if trudeau is a sell out, then harper’s cabinet knew no bounds in comparison (i’m not the one calling them sellouts, you generated this point from the beginning). and tell that to the people of Alberta and the territories in which these mines were.
1
@TentaclePentacle still not going to provide evidence for trudeau doing that? and no, that’s your narrow definition of what a sellout is because it suits your narrative
1
@TentaclePentacle are you going to answer the question and provide evidence?
1
@TentaclePentacle So now you’re moving on to instances Trudeau took money? the first two HAVE NOTHING to do with china😂 both were abhorrent actions. secondly, the “200,000” to his father’s foundation, not his pockets, was a nothing burger that the opposition stuck to for weeks before dropping it because it had no connection to personal funding from the CCP. Are you really that daft?😂 how on earth if that “trudeau selling out to china”???
1
@TentaclePentacle that’s all great of you to share the obvious that has been reported the last few years. harper is guilty of the same with the senate. doesn’t mean either “sold out” to a foreign nation. you just keep bringing g up the same conservative buzzwords and avoiding staying on topic because you know you’re wrong 😂
1
@TentaclePentacle where do you think that money went to? straight to his pockets or are you just assuming that because you don’t like him? furthermore, that’s not at all how a foundation like that works; have you not seen the results of the investigations into the clinton foundation?? you think it operates differently here in canada? also, that’s not what a bribe is. if you can connect the money from Zhang Bin to an endeavour that benefited him and the other individual he was with, then that’s another thing. but you can’t, you just draw conclusions and state he sold out canada.
1
@TentaclePentacle who is the owner of the Pierre Trudeau foundation? You think it’s Justin?😂 i feel like my words are falling on deaf ears, your argument keeps narrowing each comment.
1
@TentaclePentacle ahhh so pascale fournier means nothing to you. okay, i guess it’s easy to play ignorant
1
@TentaclePentacle you lean toward acknowledging literally 10% of what i’ve discussed; you make blanket statements by ignoring the important details (including the one sided view on politics) and cower from other conversations. i think you’re just uneducated on the matter and keep fidgeting with weak responses. it’s okay kid
1
@TentaclePentacle still ignoring everything, so sad. right, cause any politician not on your side takes money from people based on…. oh wait, no proof. so ludicrous it’s pathetic
1
@TentaclePentacle “what of”? “manger”? are you okay? it’s not a manager btw. keep being afraid of the world around you pal
1
@TentaclePentacle i did not avoid the 500 million??? do you not read??? i literally stated that wasn’t “owned” by trudeau despite what bilbo will say. PROVIDENCE THERAPEUTICS IS/WAS NOT OWNED BY TRUDEAU
1
@TentaclePentacle avoid that coward
1
@TentaclePentacle is there anything between your ears? for the third time, yes those actions were abhorrent; do they demonstrate him selling the country out to china? no. are there previous examples with Harper doing such things? yes. you’re the one evading without providing evidence for your original point.
1
@TentaclePentacle where did he take bribes from china? i already acknowledged how that donation does not constitute a bribe (a refresher for your frail mind; a return value for Bin and his partner that was present in exchange) if you have any proof. we have proof is misuse of funds (Duffy in the senate) which is equivalent to the WE and Aga Khan scandals. you’re literally so naive
