  14.  @primmakinsofis614  Okay so we can agree on that; I just hate the narrative that Putin (and his bots here) are using that the special operation is conducted to prevent nazism when Putin himself runs many parallels with Hitler. Thankfully, they’ve seemed to tone down that narrative (maybe not their propaganda talk shows within Russia, they still always focus on the nazi narrative).

Does not mean we should set aside partnerships and beliefs surrounding national sovereignty, especially with countries we’ve been contemplating getting into alliances and conduct business with. No matter the amount of corruption you may feel Ukraine has, it does not pale in comparison to the oligarchy in Kremlin, and it simply does not justify a full on invasion. And you referenced it along the lines of slavery based on your comment; again you want to argue ethics but the relative comparisons don’t add up. We’ll stand with Ukrainians
