  2. This is also part of being millennial or genz. It's extremely popular to be fixated on therapy, labels, and self-analysis. It's the whole culture. In contrast, my grandmother, born in the 1920s, never spoke about her mental issues, feelings, illness, tiredness, stress, etc. Talking about herself on that level never occurred to her. They simply didn't think that way and therefore didn't speak that way.
