The *god of this age* has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel that displays the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.
2 Corinthians 4:4
And you He made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins, 2 in which you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the ** prince of the power of the air**, the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience, 3 among whom also we all once conducted ourselves in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, just as the others.
Ephesians 2: 1-3
31 Now judgment is upon this world [the sentence is being passed]. Now the ruler of this world (Satan) will be cast out.
John 12:31

Lindsey Graham, Tom Cotton, Dan Sullivan, and Mitt Romney are on the board of an NGO (probably funded by USAID) of the IRI, The International Republican Institute.
Here's it's intro on the website:
"IRI promotes democracy worldwide. Since its founding in 1983, IRI, a nonpartisan, nongovernmental organization, has worked in more than 100 countries—in Africa, Asia, Eurasia, Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean, and the Middle East and North Africa.
We are experts in responsive politics, political processes, polling, technology, and party building, all with the goal of promoting and establishing free, fair, and accountable democratic leadership around the globe. IRI partners with other global leaders on projects designed to advance these goals. IRI’s worldwide network is key to our ability to maintain longstanding relationships and deliver sustainable results."

Eat healthy. Figure out what you believe that means. Use common sense. Whole foods. Not processed. Not twinkies and doritos. Not soda. Meats, fruit, veggies, salads. Keto or no. Intermittent fasting or no. I'm aiming for intermittent fasting eating from noon to 6 pm. My ideal would be a shake with protein powder and banana or almond butter at lunch. Then eat a healthy dinner. Usually, I eat 2 eggs and some veggies or meat for brunch, too. I'm trying to hit the gym unless I'm keeping active on home and garden projects. If your grandparents were like mine, they walked, hunted and fished, and worked in the yard. They watched news and a baseball fame here and there, but we're not internet or TV junkies or couch potatoes. I never saw my grandparents sit on the couch and eat ding dongs or doritos. But, yes, they ate red meat, bacon, pie, and ice cream. 1 Grandfather died of a stroke, followed by a heart attack at 66. Grandmother died of cancer around 88. Her mother died at about 98.
