  2. Edit: finally found “mpact” without the dash branded gloves. The main difference is the biggest feature atleast in this example as mpact gloves from mechanix in the upper tier have patented material 4x tech. The D30 tech is that of the palm padding. It would say on the index finger “4x” or some variation. Are they actually EN 13594 approved? I’m not sure the branding withjiht the hyphen are touch screen capable either. So just wanted to double back as I was unsure even how legitimate those were and that’s my mistake - they are legitimate just the lowest tier of impact which I speculate is why they don’t quality for the patented “m-pact” branding. As someone who worked for a consumer company , I know how insanely serious these claims are and mistakes cost millions for brand teams through legal foul. Net, I wish you judged their top of line impact or atleast made that clear to folks. They have a glove that competes directly with endura. I’m holding both now. It’s mechanix’s white cow leather driver. This is one of the rare times I don’t think this was appropriate entirely. Companies like mechanix have gradations of glove quality within glove sub genre. Eg that’s not their strongest m-pact glove. That’s not fair to them or their brand wait. You tested Kevlar gloves but didn’t take mechanix leather mpact F9’s which is actually what I use and the difference is night and day. Speedknit offers different protection from say material 4x. I actually wonder if those are even real m-pact as the trademark even in 2021 and all the branding had “M-Pact” on all the gloves. Yet you only refer to the gloves as “impact” but that’s not a fair representation. The brand is actually good bc it offers a range of prices and protection. In an ideal world you would refer to the gloves in full when they have such a varied name. Someone of your caliber who values precision so much I would bet understands the importance of this. If you put even the max cut f9 360s in this they’d SMASH the lot. Let alone the carbon level 5. I do fabrication work in those. These tests are honestly funny to imagine on those gloves haha but if you wanted to keep it consistent yeah their “m-pact” rated gloves with the d30 material at the top of their tiers are the leather driver f9s or the D5 hi vis… the “D” is the European CE standard of protection which is the highest cut protection in the standard as well as an ANSI 5 score
