0:50 BARS “and if you wanna fall without tripping, you’ll have to march first” Edit 10:30 Dr Travouillon is where I first learned about this research he theorized it’s how mammals mostly could communicate to each other due to the glow being Prominently displayed on their backs. But nocturnal animals it was most prevalent. And many had it on their stomach which he thinks friendly animals would be able to then reference whereas predators wouldn’t get the chance. I’m not scientist , not by a country mile, but it seems also likely evolutionary aspects are at play. Chicken and the egg, so to speak. Maybe a glitch in the species slowly became widespread through mating that for whatever reason back fur and skin absorb less of the chemical that reproduces this affect. And the ones that do have it on their back that are nocturnal were understandable hunted easier by the animals that can see this. It would make them light up perfectly. So the remaining animals are the ones with the deformity that left only nocturnal animals mostly that had it on their stomach which isn’t visible to anything predator stalking that stands taller than the prey
