It’s so easy to say what everyone is saying. But the law is what it is. And for the first time in one of these cases, the imminent threat had come and then was exiting. U it’s actually a TERRIBLE argument he stopped them from “future crime”. That’s not a thing. That won’t hold up, any adult knows the problem with that argument. One could say the threat is still very real while the armed gunmen are in the store. But the video is pretty damning to that case. I hate the clerk was in this position. I’ll be following this closely to see how the law treats this but by the books I’m unsure how this will be found as a good shoot. Without more facts it smells like the reduced sentence due to mitigating circumstances
