  1. Given when he filmed space jam, it’s actually not that crazy in order to retain image rights and keep his revenue he’d have to distance himself from the nba brand. Otherwise legally I don’t see how the nba wouldn’t be entitled to image rights revenue. Similar to how he held on to the last dance footage to retain exclusive rights to things people hadn’t seen to do it his way
