  1. No reports of broken bones from any reputable sources. And no corroborating evidence thuds were heard consistent with a human in a suitcase falling down a flight of stairs. A neighbor came forward & I can’t doubt they heard a noise but of course it can’t be definitely proven it was “someone falling down the stairs”. Imagine what you’re saying. That’s not going to be admissible. If thuds were heard, think of the implication of what else should have been heard. It’s already gruesome enough - should the trial reveal evidence of that which is unlikely it’s really not going to elevate an already insanely diabolical situation from all angles
