  1. 26:42 nothing wrong with Rowland’s testimony here. He was specifically asked to recall details after choosing to provide few. He didn’t say he didn’t notice these details - just that he didn’t pay much attention. But he was pressed for those specifics. It’s unfair to say his testimony changed bc it only did upon specific further inquiry on the details provided. I just have always found Rowland… interesting… for his self proclaimed 147 IQ as denoted in his testimony outlined in the Warren Report haha (page 188, line 13). Mr Specter knew what he was doing. He got no details then appealed to his vanity by lobbing a silly softball about his IQ to which Rowland claimed a hyper genius level. What kind of genius can’t provide details about a man he once saw allegedly fire a weapon at the president’s motorcade after all? The entire testimony could be it’s own case study
