@lorgen0185 that’s correct. My comment was to object to the original which was meant to pretend no change occurred. It would be unfair if you to take a conversation you were a spectator to then use semantics to spin it differently . If you and I are conversing and the start of our debate began with “they surrendered”, naturally I’d have a different response. But if someone claims “they didn’t switch” then continue a diatribe alluding to its unfair to call it a switch, I’ll object. I’m simply repeating the same language used in the original comment. To your comment, we’d be in agreement. But the original comment did not phrase their position like that hence why that’s unfair for you to do as a third pov. If you’d like to introduce an objection based on my comment regarding German forces snatching up battles and territory after the September 8 surrender or the RSI, then that would be appropriate and I’d eagerly engage.

This would be ignorant to the historical timeline of what played out. Civil war erupted due to the switch referenced. They indeed switched. That’s putting it simply, but the divide you reference is a result of that. German forces seized on some major blunders and took the north new RSI region and put the recently rescued Mussolini in charge of the puppet state.
