  1. 17:24 I was at this fight. It’s hard to explain the beating Lennox put on him. The clips don’t do it justice . Don’t get me wrong Shannon got his licks in but he was legitimately done at this knockdown. Frank allowing him to fight felt downright cruel at that point. Shannon, despite the meme he became, was quintessentially game. Came back with his shield or on it. I’m glad Frank saved him. It was turning into a what would become the beatdown of his life later with Vitali .
