You’re probably right it’s never “just” for money with manny it’s all he knows . But you’d be a fool to suggest if he felt financially comfortable enough to stay retired that he’d be having this fight.

Hopkins was defensively brilliant and wasted zero movement as he aged. He was a machine as far as fighting physically smart. Manny depended on all the things that age like milk and is smaller. His power came from his accuracy and angles combined with volume. It was a good fight half a decade ago. It’ll be a brutal affair today. If I’m Mario I’d take this once in a lifetime chance too. And Mario is manny’s best shot at a strap. It’s just not happening
