  1. Don't we want college's as well as employers to hire and accept people based on their knowledge, credentials, abilities etc and not on the color of their skin??? Wouldn't it be rasict to seek out people of color because they are people of color?

  2. Are they trying to fight rasicm with rasicm??? Its ridiculous to force a school or business to have a certain percentage of minorities or people of color. If they are qualified then good, not just because they are black and we need to fill a quotas and claim to be diverse
