Scariest wreck I walked away from was in a 2014 Altima. The thing was obliterated by maybe a 35mph impact in snowy weather. I’m a mechanic, and the car was a gift but when it was open in the middle of street, I gave it a post mortem. The front cross member was not steel but was steel sheetmetal with a polymer core. I’ll always be grateful for that low speed wreck. They’re death traps.
