  1.  @haliax8149  It's clear as plain as day on her face, it can be seen in the first photo of her prior to PUBERTY. An improperly formed PFC has resulted in the inability to emote naturally. Her only natural expressions are contempt, disgust and anger and even those are difficult. You can see it because her facial movements and the movements of her posterior are delayed and intentional. They are not the product of normative emotional processing, which is essentially instantaneous for a given stimulus, instead they are part of a carefully curated matrix created for each individual interaction that she generates for the purposes of manipulation. She has no emotional processing, much in the same way a computer calculates numbers but cannot experience them. However, Ms. Holmes is not a Sociopath, she is a Psychopath. The chief difference between the two is the amount of planning that goes into the con; Sociopaths are impulsive, Psychopaths are intensely calculating. She knew exactly what to do once she got into Stanford, this con was decades in the making, effectively.
