  1. The PRC has stated it's goal is total modern nuclear parity with the rest of the world by 2030 and to be the worlds largest modern thermonuclear arsenal by 2035. Or some such. What I'm getting at is... they're going to trim so fat, as it were. They've highly prioritized things like terrorism, bellicosity, deception and theft. Oh yes, and murder. Forgot to mention that, explicitly. You bloody fools are watching them turn on a war machine thinking it's just some kind of terrible circus. It's not about a portfolio, it's about bullets.
