  1. You need to look into Benzodiazapine withdrawal. That attitude is the right intensity but it’ll get you killed ij the worst way with Benzos. Alcohol is pretty dangerous in terms of withdrawal an we’s known that for a long time. Benzos are much more serious. Please. Educate yourself.
