  1. I took all of this so much more serious after O-Chem and by O-Chem II I got as many olefine based polymers out of my kitchen as possible. This includes Teflon, which is an amazing industrial material but doesn’t have a place in a residential kitchen. Thankfully it’s rather inert in its pure form, unfortunately that is seldom what is sold and manufactured.

  2. Not bad advice in the slightest, just remember we’re all one human family. The domestication of cereals has absolutely had positive and negative effects.
