@The Unforgiven It really doesn't look like the majority of their troops have body armor or even modern equipment. Perhaps their better troops have it, but if you've seen videos of most Russian soldiers, they're armed like they're still from the Cold war era while increasingly Ukrainian troops are being armed similar to NATO troops. Especially the ones who have been leading the offensives in Kharkiv and Kherson areas, they don't look very different from many NATO troops and how they're equipped.
