  1. Even better force all these celebrities, athletes and politicians to live in the same communities of the people they're supporting since so many of them think these are such great people. Let them stay there for a couple of years and then see if they don't have a different opinion of these people.

  2.  @Sneedmire  But there comes a point where you can no longer wage a war in the sense of offenses and counter offenses. According to the info presented, Ukraine's standing reserve force has been exhausted, meaning conscripts are going to make up the majority of fighting force outside of Eastern Ukraine, where the regular army is still standing. The Ukrainian army's continued ability to fight isn't going to be whether or not they have enough soldiers, but whether or not they can keep their forces supplied. The amount of troops that Ukraine has available is as large if not larger than the number of Russian soldiers that are attacking them. Unless they start taking massive losses, the Ukrainian army doesn't seem like they're going to be destroyed anytime soon. I'd feel differently if the Russians had complete air dominance in the skies and could bomb the crap out of the Ukrainians anytime, anywhere but that doesn't seem to be the case right now. The main thing that the Ukrainians have to worry about is mostly keeping their forces supplied and armed. The west seem to have no issue with sending unlimited resources to Ukraine to continue the fight and as long as they can get those supplies to their forces then its going to be difficult if not near impossible for the Russians to break them short of nuking them or something. There comes a point where you have to surrender or your making things worst for your people. They can suppress how the war is going in Eastern Ukraine and make "liberating" villages where the Russians withdrew seem like major victories, but eventually, reality will shift. The reality has already shifted in that unless the Russians pour more men and resources into the war, Ukraine is likely going to be able to hold. Who knows maybe its still possible that Ukrainian forces in the east get surrounded and destroyed or maybe the entire Ukrainian army could fall, but what seemed like a certainty is becoming increasingly less likely as the war goes on. Unless the Russians can get their logistics in order so that they can support a sustained attack and also have near complete control in the air, I don't know how how they'll be able to successfully launch another major attack in Ukraine without taking heavy losses.

If you mean their conventional forces eventually surrendering sure that's a loss, but its likely there will be a guerilla war to come after that could last years if not indefinitely until the Russians decide to leave. This isn't Afghanistan where the people had zero interest to even put up minor resistance to the Taliban who simply rolled in and retook power without a fight. Most Ukrainians seem to love their country and are willing to fight for it and as long as they receive supplies to keep them going, it doesn't seem like the fight will end anytime soon in that country and in the long run they'll probably win even if that means parts of the current Ukraine might remain with Russia after everything.

  7. Is it me or is the vast majority of thugs....I mean 'gud boys' that are killed by cops that BLM and their supporters who riot over usually have significant criminal records? I think Philando Castile in 2016 was the last black person I can remember that made national news as being wrongly killed by police that didn't have a criminal record.

  8.  @Sneedmire  The Ukrainian army is far from being 'decimated'. They've taken losses to be sure, but they've inflicted many more on the Russians during this past month. With the massive amounts of supplies and weaponry they're receiving from western countries, they'll be able to keep fighting indefinitely. As long as the Ukrainians are willing to take more casualties including civilian ones and more damage to their infrastructure, they will never be defeated and it will be the Russians who will tap out first. Between all the advanced weapons and other supplies they're getting from the west, all the great intelligence from NATO nations and with the NATO training of Ukrainian troops paying off its hard to see now where they can lose the war. At worst Ukrainian conventional forces might still eventually be ground down and defeated although that seems more unlikely by the day. But even if that happens, the Ukrainians will almost certainly continue fighting a guerilla war that will in turn grind down Russian forces until they decide to leave or sue for some sort of ceasefire.
