  1. If this was a Chinese company building this subway system it would probably have been built close to on time and perhaps even close to on budget. Its crazy to see the kind of megaprojects the Chinese have built in the last 10-20 years that would probably take decades to build for many other nations.

  2. Vietnam definitely IS NOT an 'upper middle class' country. They'd be doing great if they were even a lower middle class country.
