  1. I dont get it. Why waste all that paint to paint the roadway like that? Seems like that isn't very environmentally friendly, a waste of money and time and really isn't necessary. Just put up some concrete barriers for safety, some planters and signs that make it clear that its for pedestrian traffic only. Done and done and save a ton of paint.
