Always the same demographics of people that are causing problems everywhere they go even in a damn fastfood place. Saw it on a couple of occasions at my local McDonalds where they started ooking really loud and banging on stuff while insulting the employees. One time one of them got really angry and picked up the entire stack of paper Monopoly boards when the promotion was on and started throwing them everywhere and out into the parking lot as well.

1:00 'A new recreation center should be opening soon'. So very shortly that center will be getting a ton of 911 calls. Just moving the problem people around instead of dealing with them directly.

I don't think a permit would've made much difference other than protect Kai from getting in trouble perhaps. When you have a large amount of a certain demographic of people getting together, it rarely doesn't descend into violence and chaos.

Its what happens when you don't hold entire demographics of people accountable for anything they do or say and how poorly they've raise their kids for generations now.

@tomaburque In England there are black people and black communities where the firearm violence rate is very low, a small faction of what it is here. That's because illegal guns are super hard to get in England and super easy to get here. Watch now while the racists ignore my point and hurl insults at me because cannot deal with the idea that the guns are the problem and not the color of people's skin. Sure firearms related crimes are lower because its more difficult to obtain a gun in the UK, but what you fail to mention is all the violent crimes that are committed with KNIVES and other weapons that this demographic of people use. Why did you fail to bring this up when we see all the knife related crimes committed by these people in the UK? Its interesting how taking away a weapon from these people doesn't change their violent and destructive behaviors. Who couldn't have predicted that? 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

Age matters because it shows that this demographic of people are getting much more violent at a much earlier age and that is a very bad thing. If they can do this at such a young age imagine what they'll do as they get older, assuming they live that long.

Its almost always the same. The useless murder the good and there's nothing good people can do about it because the politicians and the justice system care more about protecting the evil people than the good people.

Who's paying for all this free transit? The money has to come from somewhere and its not like most transit systems are making a ton of money even when they're charging riders fares.

And every person in NYC would be safer if that city and the rest of the US weren't flooded with foreigners with little to no vetting. The overwhelming majority of violent crimes are committed by certain minority groups and yet trying to talk about it publicly will ALWAYS have people calling you 'racist and 'xenophobic'. Funny how crimes like these happen so rarely in nations like Japan and South Korea. Its almost like caring about who you allow to settle in your country matters when it comes to maintaining a safe, peaceful society.

@dontmessthisup90 You must be purposely ignoring the demographic of people who ALWAYS causes the most problems wherever they go and settle in large numbers. Funny how every place that has very few to none of these people are always so much safer and more peaceful.

Race/ethnicity DOES MATTER because it gives context to statistics. Only people who don't like what those statistics say dislike race/ethnicity being brought up. Doesn't matter if its white or black or brown etc. I want to know who it is regardless.

These particularly special kids have don't have the IQ beyond animal level to think about anything like restraint and self-respect and compassion for their fellow human being. Most of them just act on instinct.

@ maybe if the society offered more opportunities for young ppl (paid for technical programs, assistance in making the transition out of the home and into independence and career)..... then maybe there would be less of that Dude can we PLEASE STOP with this myth?? Many if not most kids from this demographic are VIOLENT AND DISRUTIVE in school and have little desire to even get a basic education. What makes you think they have the ability or desire to learn a trade or take on a regular job when they refuse to get themselves educated even at a highschool level?

@aGwEENapple If we're being honest, while I agree plenty of kids can be loud and kinda wild at times in public spaces, only one demographic of kids is constantly looking like they can break out in violence at any moment. All it takes is one bump or someone saying the wrong thing and this group will go buck wild.

@guitarjym Its always them. Same reason why some malls don't allow young 'teens' to loiter anymore because of their violent and destructive behaviors.
