"Sorry, we didnt know it was invisible" was Serbian reaction. After this war F-117 was put out of service, even this was first plain lost. You do realize that alot of luck was involved in shooting down the F117. Namely there were 3 F117s flying a mission that night and only one was detected when it had its weapons bay open to drop its bombs. So the aircraft did its job and was barely detectable until it exposed itself slightly to drop its weapons on target.
