@fryertuck6496 Occasionally they dig in and let Ukraine throw men at defenses with massive losses, but generally Russia just walks away while taking a heavy toll on Ukraine advances with artillery and air force. Well Ukraine isn't the one right now that's scouring the earth for any warm bodies that they can take and throw into the frontlines. If the Russians had really lost 6,000 troops for so many months, they would still have plenty of combat power to fight much longer without having to resort to partial mobilization, using as many mercenaries as they can and taking as many DPR/LPR men and pushing them into service. But hey you can go on and believe that the Russians have taken relatively few losses if it makes you feel better, but the facts certainly don't support it.
