  1. This area looks like if you could get rid of all the violent riff raff that it wouldn't be so difficult to renovate all these buildings and make this community beautiful and thriving again.

  2. At least some of them are probably drug dealers and others just like to hang out with their buddies drinking, talking and doing whatever. Kinda sad that all of them are not doing much when if they all spent even a few hours cleaning up their neighborhood of all that trash it would look so much better.
