@Anthony W Because many of these homeless/violent/criminal/mentally ill/drug addicted people don't want real help or if they do they only want it on THEIR terms.

@mo6152786 I live in Toronto up here in Canada and unfortunately in recent years things have gotten much worse and its starting to look like LA and San Francisco in terms of the amount of bums living in parks and people shooting up drugs/getting drunk in broad daylight. And this doesn't even include the rising number of shootings, stabbings and general violence in the streets because no one wants to hold the perpetrators accountable because that would be racist. And guess who's running the city government here? Yep. Super progress, woke politicians who constantly listen to SJWs and all their moron ideas and opinions instead of having any courage to uphold any laws and to clean up the city for the majority population who have to suffer in silence.

@FlansyLinny I disagree. Many of these people DO NOT HAVE ANY POTENTIAL. Many of them are drug/alcohol addicts who don't want to stop and many others simply like living the way they live and others are violent and mentally ill and can't be fixed and NEED to be put into institutions or jail. As much as we like to believe everyone is savagable, in reality that's just a lie. This is why you have chronic repeat offenders who should be behind bars or in a institution still out on the streets being a menace to society because we have moron SJWs and politicians who think everyone is fixable when that just isn't true. I seriously wish all our leaders and those SJWs who keep living in fantasyland would be FORCED to have all these bums and violent, mentally ill, drug/alcohol addicted etc. people live in THEIR neighbourhoods and then lets see how quickly they change their tune about these people.
