  1.  @D_a_yyy  Lets be real. You could throw 10 trillion dollars every year at trying to fix black people and their neighbourhoods and it would large be the same as flushing all that money down the toilet. You can't fix a demographic of people who don't want to be fixed and who also take offense at you trying to help them and call you racist if you criticise them in any way, shape or form even if its valid criticism.

  3. This is pretty much anywhere in the world that has a large black population living there. Except for China though because they don't bow down to black people like they do in the west.
