  2. It will NEVER get better because no politician will ever have the courage to hold these people accountable for their actions. Being called 'racist' and 'anti-black' publicly is as good as signing a death warrant to your career. They would rather let these monsters run wild among the general public and keep their jobs than actually do something about this problem demographic and not only make things safer for the public, but also improve the lives of these people as well.

  3.  @mmrw  The funny thing is when black people drive through a white neighborhood and people stare at them, they call it 'anti-black' and 'driving while black' and yet somehow when black people stare at you in their ghetto neigbhorhoods like they're going to rob you or something we shouldn't be concerned?
