Mostly made of a certain couple of demographics of people being the majority of the prison population. Diversity certainly isn't a strength.

@bogansrun And you're both as bad as the rest of us when it comes to this kind of treatment of prisoners. If you're a violent criminal that has committed serious crimes, then why should you be allowed to live in a nice prison? Prisons SHOULD be horrible for these kinds of criminals so that if they get out, they don't ever want to go back again and start doing something positive with their lives. For people who commit lesser crimes, I'm fine with treating them decently while they do their time, but violent, dangerous criminals? HELL NO. Make it as horrible as possible for them just as they did for their victims. Heck, in Aus, in QLD, we're getting ready to charge 10 year olds as adults in court because youth crime rates kept going down over the last two years and we can't have that now can we. Have you seen some of the videos of crimes being commit by 'youths' these days? Yeah things are getting worse not better in Australia. The only problem is people don't want to fix this issue because it predominately involves a few certain demographics of people who seem to always be magically shielded from criticism and accountability. Instead of telling these groups of people to shape up and get their act together, people instead make neverending excuses as to why they're overrepresented in crime statistics because pointing out the obvious would be 'racist'.

@Hollylivengood In many ways China is better. Its certainly a safer and more peaceful place to live than in many parts of the US.

And lets also do one on all the crime and violence that's happening around the US predominately committed by minorities? FBI statistics don't lie.

Please try and remember WHY many Uyghurs were put in prison. Why does the west have amnesia on this? Is it because it doesn't fit the narrative of 'Uyghurs are victims of genocide'?? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terrorism_in_China

The west's ideals and beliefs are also incompatible with Islam, but instead of stopping the spread in the west, our politicians are promoting it and now we're suffering the consequences of those choices made by our leaders. China seems to have learned from the mistakes of the west and have chosen the correct path with dealing with Islam and their terrorism.

Native Americans aren't even native to North America. They came by land bridge from Europe and Asia so they're 'immigrants' to North America as well. Makes me laugh everytime native people claim the entire North American continent as 'theirs' just because they arrived here first.

@Nick-v7b3l Democrats' fault for putting out an absolute shit candidate to replace Biden instead of having Democrat party members vote from a list of candidates that were interested in the job. Funny how Democrats didn't want or care about democracy then.

Thank you for addressing the Chinese government's activities against the Uyghurs. How come you're leaving out why the Chinese government decided to crackdown on the Uyghur people? Maybe it involved terror attacks? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terrorism_in_China Notice the people who were involved in a vast number of attacks in China until they decided that enough was enough? I guess unlike western nations, China cares about the safety of its people and the security of its country and it chooses to do something about a problem before it gets out of hand.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terrorism_in_China Now you know why the Chinese government decided that things couldn't get out of control and something needed to be done. Unlike in the west where we let things get progressively worse without stopping the criminal and violent from running wild because here they have more rights than the people they victimize.
