@lanolinlight There are conflicts going on all around the world that are killing people on a daily basis, what makes YOUR conflict so much more important and requiring world attention compared to all the other conflicts happening in the world that is causing death, displacement and suffering?

If you want unedited footage it will either be on Twitter, reddit or some gore site. Youtube has become a safe space where showing any kind of graphic video is too traumatizing to people and so it must all be nearly completely banned.

Canadian cops would just stand there and do nothing much like they did during the gay pride parade in Toronto where a few Palestinian protesters cut the parade short when no one wanted to arrest the protesters.

Except if you actually listened to the people of those regions, THEY NEVER WANTED TO LEAVE UKRAINE. They simply wanted more autonomy to make their own decisions WHILE REMAINING APART OF UKRAINE. Look at the polls before the war started and the majority of people in those areas never wanted to separate from Ukraine let alone want to separate and join Russia despite being a majority Russia population.

@HerrHöllenfeuer The right to protest shouldn't include the right to be DUMBASSES that constantly try and ruin other people's daily lives. Imagine if people did that to muslims on a daily basis interrupting their daily lives? You'd call that ;rampant Islamophobia' and hate.

@harold18659 Russia is pretty far from 'winning the war'. They just have more troops and equipment to throw away than Ukraine has to stop them. If NATO and the US had backed Ukraine fully from the start of the war like they promised, there's a very good chance that the war might have ended long ago.

@TenthCrane2788 Only because China is challenging the US as a world economic power who is also building up its own armed forces so that the US or anyone else can no longer intimidate them with military force.

@Revy8 Its not winning if you need to pray for Trump to win the US election and become president so that he can give you a 'win' on a silver platter rather than you doing it yourself by decisively defeating your enemy on the battlefield.

Europe is not irrelevant, they're just less important than the US due to them relying so long on the US protecting them rather than building up their own militaries so that if the US should one day do something like what's happening now, that they would be fully prepared to defend themselves if need be. At any rate even now in their current state, if NATO minus the US really wanted to fight to defend Ukraine, they could do so and beat Russia easily. The only reason that NATO didn't enter this war long ago even with just using their massive airforce is because of Russian nukes. Russia is literally a paper tiger bully without their nuclear arsenal.

@ Don't you mean 'permanent neutrality' as long as there's a Russian friendly puppet government running Ukraine like what they have in Belarus? Somehow I doubt that if Ukraine remained neutral, but elected a government that was more friendly to the EU and wanted to join them that Russia would like it and wouldn't do something about it like they did in Feb 2022.
