  1. Why do the pro-Russian hacks talk about gaining a small city after more than half a year's fighting at heavy cost as some great victory? I guess when you don't have much positive news anything will cut it I suppose.

  2.  Marcus GH  Ukrainian media (Kyiv Independent) had said that from the official Russian millitary side (not DPR/LPR militiamen, they have taken the biggest casualties) that Russia lost around 16k men, and probably around 25-60k wounded. Only in Russia and Putin's dreams do they wish that Russian army losses were so low.

  3. All the more reason for Ukrainians to try and gain a decisive victory on the battlefield and join NATO so that Ukraine and the world don't have to go through this again in the future.
