@iuliana1813 Lets be real. Women likely won't be fighting on the frontlines outside of a few exceptions. If they can help with filling positions behind the lines that would be a good thing, but actually fighting on the frontlines?? Yeah that would be a very bad thing indeed.

@mugin11223344 The women who have and are in the Danish military also serve as front line soldiers. Lets be real. If the Danish military were fighting a full scale war as the Ukrainians currently are you would not be seeing many if any Danish women fighting in the trenches getting shelled, drone attacked and fighting Russian soldiers in close quarters conbat. Even in Israel where most women have to go to mandatory military training like men do they don't put female soldiers on the frontlines which is why all the operations that the Israeli army has been carrying out against Palestinians/Hamas in the past few months have been done by male troops. In otherwards even in nations that are the most active in having women in the military mostly don't want them to operate on the frontlines and especially in offensive combat roles. When it comes to women being frontline combat pilots in airplanes or helicopters that's at least more doable because they're still not involve in direct contact with the enemy, but having them as frontline soldiers? Yeah not a good idea at all and it would be a decision of last resort. As much as we want to believe that men and women are equal, in reality they really aren't and there's nothing wrong with that when men and women are meant to compliment each other and not be in direct competition with one another.

@rambleon2838 Low birth rate is because modern society has told women that its more important to build their own careers than get married and be a housewife and also affordability is a big issue too. Unlike many 3rd world people, persons in western countries are usually more responsible and think about whether or not they can afford to and have the time to properly raise a child properly.

@mugin11223344 The Danish army was involved in a situation in Bosnia in the 90s, where they pulverized a number of Serbs. Danish female soldiers were involved in that. A little blond girl with blue eyes was one of those who had the most kills in the army, and is probably still very high on that list. Can you name this Danish female soldier and provide a link to what she did in Bosnia? I'd genuinely like to read about it and see how she was able to gain all those kills. Also I've watch a ton of videos and have read a bunch of new stories about the war in Ukraine since it began and as far as I've seen there are extremely few women actually fighting on the frontlines and they're probably snipers and the few females that are in the trenches are likely medical personnel. Of all the countless combat videos I've seen coming out of Ukraine, I've yet to see any Ukrainian female soldiers in actual combat against Russian soldiers ever.

@AK47z Can you imagine that all human beings are equal? Except all human beings ARE NOT equal whether we like to admit to that or not, that is reality.

@banksiasong Lets be real. While some women want to serve I don't think the majority would want to join the armed forces. Also most women wouldn't be capable of fighting as frontline soldiers and men are mostly just keeping women from hurting themselves because they've watched far too much media and have listened to too many feminists who have told them falsely that they can do whatever men can do when they really can't.

@puraLusa it's conscription, aka, training not actual going to war. And this is positive as in case of war, being at the frontline or not, having thr training makes it easier for the pop org itself, having women trained means more civil self-protecting. If women want to join the military then that's fine, but unless they're being forced to I really doubt that the majority of women or even men for that matter would want to join on their own.

@puraLusa *a lot of folks don't want to go to school either but it's also mandatory, so . Sometimes uve got to do stuff u don't want to. An utopian world where everything is voluntary doesn't exist.* I think it really depends on the location of your country and how many threats you believe your nation is close to. I live in Canada and I can't imagine any type of conscription/mandatory service being implemented here simply because there aren't any threats to this country thanks to two oceans separating us and almost everyone else. If Canada had a land border with Russia that might be a different story.

@donovanattano3898 a women can hold a rifle they can fight in the frontline Anyone can hold a rifle, but not everyone can be an effective soldier. Look at all the hard battles that have been fought so far in this war and tell me that female soldiers could survive that and fight effectively? Yeah I don't think so. If you use women as frontline soldiers then that's a sign that you're losing so badly and taking so many casualties that you're forced to use anyone on the frontlines regardless if they can actually fight or not. Just place women in a position where they can contribute the most and that means putting them behind the lines in logistics, medical, intelligence etc. jobs where they can help without being a burden like they would be at the front.
