  1. Take control of the resources and do what? The only reason the Congo and every other African nation can even get access to their resources was because of western technology and engineering. Even if you kicked them out, all the knowledge and skills to repair and maintain those systems that can extract the wealth will go with them and everything will eventually break down and Africans will be back to where they started to begin with.
