  1. Most countries in the world would kill to have the low crime and violence rates that Canada has. Why do you think no one ever talks about Canada? Because nothing ever happens here which is why when something like this does happen its such big news. When you get to the point where incidents like these ARE NOT a big deal, then that's when you know you're living in a violent place.

  2. Updated to be two victims dead plus the shooter. Luckily the shooter was a really bad shot otherwise this could've been much worse.
