  1. Did you watch the video? They're complaining that once you're at the entrance to High Park that you still have to walk a fair distance to get into the middle of the park. Like if you want to get to the zoo from the street entrance its a fair distance to walk for some seniors and disabled people compared to a short walk if you're able to park inside.

  2.  @davidmack6365  If you go to the store, walking inside is a short distance compared to walking in a park and its also all flat and climate controlled. High Park depending on which parts is pretty hilly and all the best parts require a decent walk to get to. As some have suggested maybe a shuttle for seniors and disabled is the solution.
