Every single major news outlet in Canada has always been at least somewhat left leaning, but I think they've turned very left leaning in the past 15-20 years since Obama became president and Canadian media much like their American counterparts seemed to want to protect him from criticism. Canadian media wasn't this bad in the 80s and 90s, but American politics and everything that happens in the US has certainly influenced Canada and Canadians for the worst especially in recent years.

@bartwilson2513 And considering minority voters give Democrats the win in many elections it is a reasonable thing to discuss when picking candidates. Why are you offended, exactly? Seems like the media and others use 'old white guy' or 'white male' and 'white people' in general as a negative alot of the time. Switch out 'old white guy' with 'old X guy' where X is a minority and then all of a sudden people will call you out for being offensive and even racist.
