  1. And assume, it's possible that the teen driver panicked and accidentally hit the gas pedal instead of applying the brakes. If this is actually true then its 99.9% a female driver behind the wheel. Outside of medical or mechanical issues I've only ever heard of female and/or seniors driving into buildings and various other objects because they either panicked or suddenly forgot how to operate a car.
