  1. What the hell is happening in Scarborough schools? The Russians have a word called 'Vranyo' which means you know someone is telling you a bald faced lie, but instead of you calling them out on it you choose to pretend that they were telling you the truth. Vranyo is what we're doing when we keep seeing crime, violence and murder happening in the GTA and we don't do anything about it even though we know who and what the problem is.
