Ever heard of the phrase 'When in Rome, do as the Romans?' That's all we're asking for. If you come to a nation with different laws, rules and traditions you would think foreigners would have the decency and respect to follow what's normal in their new home country. That USE TO BE called 'integrating, adapting and becoming apart' of your new country. Now its called 'racist' and 'xenophobic'. 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 And of course if YOU went to THEIR countries and tried to do whatever you felt like, they would get angry and complain and you'd probably get in trouble because YOU weren't respectful of THEIR culture and ways. Talk about such obvious hypocrisy that no one likes to call out.

Who knows what a Canadian is these days. We've just become a bunch of balkanized groups of people from around the world who happen to live together on this piece of land that we call 'Canada'. Quebec is the only province that even attempts to implement measures that would help preserve their culture, heritage and uniqueness in this country.

To be fair this is EXACTLY what they do in India though. I was watching someone livestream Diwali from Mumbai and it was like Gaza with the amount of fireworks they were shooting off for hours on end. And these weren't even official fireworks, but just tons of regular people shooting off fireworks just like this.

@robbrenton9438 Just because they want to have 'fun' it doesn't mean they should be allowed to stop respecting the law and caring about everyone else around them. Also how is it 'fun' for all the workers who had to sweep up and clean all the trash that they left behind? Look at all the bags of trash that guy and his volunteers gathered up because all those SELFISH POS wanted to have their 'fun'? How do you think they would feel if you found out where they lived and started popping off fireworks all night in THEIR neighborhoods for Canada Day? Do you think they would like it?

@checkfactschecking I agree with you, but what can we do? Trudeau and likely Pierre if he's elected are probably going to keep bringing in these kinds of people because Canada's Ponzi economy will probably bust if we stop. Also as we've continually seen even the mention of lowering the immigration numbers gets you called 'racist, xenophobic, far right' etc. Bernier and the PPC are the only party who even dares to talk about immigration and lowering the amount we take in every year and they're branded 'far right' for doing so. This country really is screwed.

Bring in the 3rd world, become the 3rd world. At least these people aren't a different demographic from a different part of the world who come here and bring all their violent and criminal behaviors with them.
