  1. I remember not so long ago many people were making fun of the Chinese and how their workmanship and build quality was poor and that they couldn't be trusted with constructing major projects. Fast forward to present day and they're among the leaders in the world in taking on major construction projects while in countries like Canada we can't even build a relatively easy LRT line without going massively over budget and way over the projected finish date.
