  1. @@Book3TheLawofNations I wonder why when it comes to housing that's vital to our society that we mostly seem to rely on private construction companies who have profit in mind to build these projects rather than creating a provincial public construction company where profit isn't an issue to build these large projects? When it comes to housing, transit and other major infrastructure projects why doesn't the province simply have its own construction company that will build these things without the need to make a profit? There can also be more oversight and accountability and probably end up being cheaper as well compared to handing these projects off to private companies.
