  1. You know what would help fight climate change in Canada much more cheaply and faster? By not importing 1+ MILLION NEW PEOPLE INTO THE COUNTRY EVERY YEAR. 1 million fewer polluters in the country every year will do far, FAR more to help the environment, reduce carbon emissions and reduce resource usage than building millions of new EVs EVER will.

  2. Its pretty much impossible. How much resources do you require to build so many batteries for so many vehicles? Then remember this is just for Canada only let alone every single country in the world. Also don't forget you're going to have to build facilities to recycle all these batteries and also dramatically drop the price of EVs so that the average person can afford one compared to buying a cheap gas vehicle.
