@bbecca2tall I’ve met this officer more than once throughout the community. I respectfully disagree with the statement that she couldn’t protect anyone. Cmon now lets be real. For women being apart of the police force in an administrative, investigation or other non-violent duties they are likely perfectly fine for those roles. However when it comes to actual street crime where you have to deal with dangerous individuals you'd have to be delusional to think a small woman could even defend herself let alone anyone else without using her firearm. Real life criminals don't care about having the correct amounts of women and minorities in the police force. They're not going to take it easy on a cop just because she's a small woman, they're going to take advantage of it every chance they get.
