And most African and many Mideastern people show how even giving them tons of help and support and a great environment to thrive in is largely wasted when they're so often incapable of living, working and co-existing together peacefully with themselves let alone with anyone else. As much as many people don't like to admit it, some groups of people are much, MUCH more capable of adapting to whatever environment they're given and being able to grow and prosper regardless of those circumstances while other groups of people are completely unable to do the same even when given the best environment possible to do so.
