  8. Tokyo had a huge Halloween party as well with tons of people around yesterday. The thing is police were everywhere telling people who were standing around to keep moving so that the flow of traffic wouldn't be interrupted and the streets wouldn't slowly get clogged with people. You couldn't stand for more than a few minutes before a cop or some other official came along and told you to move along.

The best thing Haitians could've done was let westerners to continue to rule them while Haitians educated themselves and became knowledgable enough to run a country before asking for their independence. Sure it can lob some missiles from far away, but its done very little in terms of giving Russian ground forces close air support because they were getting blown out of the skies so often.

Outside of mask wearing, handwashing, plastic barriers and sometimes asking businesses to close earlier like they are now, if you lived in Japan the past 18 months, you'd almost never know that a pandemic was going on. This is despite the fact that: - Japan has over 3 times the population than Canada - Japan's senior population is only a couple million short of Canada's ENTIRE POPULATION - Many if not most Japanese living in highly densely population cities Pretty much Japan should've been a perfect mix of factors that would allow covid to spread like wild fire among their population and guess what? They're STILL sitting at 11,000 LESS covid deaths than Canada is. So please explain how Japan taking the complete opposite approach than Canada is, is fairing so much better? If shutdowns and draconian measures are so vital to 'stopping the spread', then why is Japan with their largely hands off approach not suffering massively like everyone predicted they would but never did?

They still had corrupt, inept governments and leaders, they still had high violence and crime rates and they still do little to nothing to help themselves get educated and become more peaceful.   33. My solution is to tear down the existing Gardiner and build a brand new one. Not just one deck, but THREE DECKS HIGH. The first deck would perform the same function as now and allow people to drive downtown and get off on various downtown streets as needed. The second deck would be a true expressway where there's NO ACCESS to downtown and is meant for people who want to drive east-west crosstown and aren't looking to access downtown. Now people who simply want to use the Gardiner to go through downtown can do so quickly. The third deck could be a pedestrian park similar to New York's Highline Park so that people can have access to a park several stories up and enjoy the views of Toronto while getting some exercise. This third deck could be optional and if you want to save money then cut it, but I think it'd be cool to have such a park in the heart of the city so that both locals and tourists can go and enjoy it.

We already know the outcry and the amount of action police, the justice system and other organizations are taking immediately when we've seen even MINOR fires and vandalism to synagogues and mosques during the Israel/Palestine conflict have been dealt with quickly. Every little incident is being investigated and people are getting arrested. Nothing like that will happen for these burned down churches because a certain demographic of people and their supporters are probably responsible for these crimes.

We also need to start making building industry skill sets and careers much more attractive. The thing is we SHOULDN'T BE IN COMPETITION with other nations for immigrants especially those with little to no education and any real skills. Trudeau doesn't care though which is why he has no problems with bringing in tons of immigrants and refugees and doesn't even care about stopping the thousands of illegals that cross the border from the US every year. To him ANY population increase is good regardless how its done and whether the people coming in are good or not. Also in this rush to bring in more people has it ever occurred to anyone how that would affect Canada's culture, history and society? People in favor of immigrants always like to bring up the supposed positives, but they NEVER want to talk about how its drastically changing what a 'Canadian' is. When someone asks you what Japanese culture is you know. South Korean culture? Chinese? Thai? Indian? You can define it. Can we define 'Canadian'? Not anymore. And on top of all this no one wants to address how bringing in people from all over the world and trying to get them all to live in harmony together often doesn't work which is why we have this rise in unrest and violent crimes. Apparently not everyone we bring in are super peaceful and hard working individuals who will contribute to our country and instead the only thing they will contribute to Canada is higher crime and violence rates and more inmates in our prisons. But for people like Trudeau they're stance is who cares as long as our population keeps increasing.

  50. I suggest holding people accountable for their actions instead of making excuses for them because they're black. I suggest black people do much more in helping police to catch the thugs and criminals in their communities to get them off the streets for their own safety as well as for non-blacks who have to live around them. I suggest black people stop wasting time protesting every real or perceived incident of racism and start putting that time towards raising their kids right and keeping them away from bad influences. And also I suggest black people start living by the same rules and laws as everyone else does instead of breaking those rules and laws and then crying racism when someone tries to hold them accountable to the same standards that everyone else has to follow.
