The best thing the rest of the world could do is leave every black nation entirely immediately and let blacks rule themselves however they wish so that they can stop blaming all their problems on everyone but themselves. Trying to help black people is impossible when blacks refuse to help themselves. The world should smarten up and stop pouring money, time and energy down that literal blackhole that is black nations.

The best thing Haitians could've done was let westerners to continue to rule them while Haitians educated themselves and became knowledgable enough to run a country before asking for their independence. Instead they took their country back and turned it into a shithole just like every black population that regained their nation turned their countries into giant shitholes that they now constantly want to escape from 'to look for a better life' in western countries.
